Profile
Moreto Mathison & Associates Architects (MMA Architects) were founded in 2014 by James Moreto and David Mathison. The firm is dedicated in continuing our working relationships and serving our higher education clients with a “hands-on” approach to all projects. We believe that direct involvement of the Principals at every phase of the project is key to successful and consistent project delivery from programming to user occupancy.

The architectural services offered by the firm focus on educational learning environments, which has been the passion of the founding principals as evidenced in over 400 plus educational projects executed from their combined years of professional experience.

The Founding Principal’s higher education experience - which includes the successful programming, planning, and design for college and university learning facilities - demonstrates our ability in guiding multi-tiered institutional clients through highly integrated and collaborative processes to identify project goals, prioritize needs, and develop efficient, flexible, and forward thinking spaces that respond to the user group needs, project timelines and budgetary constraints.
